5+ pax in driver cabin, vehicle driving 100 in a 60 zone during heavy rain and poor sight. traffic lights out crn main road and brown road. driver did not slow down for 4 way stop causing heavy accident with injuries of two female drivers. driver did not show any remorse nor said sorry to the two injured passengers of the vehicle (did not care less). main question is, did the truck brakes fail thus is the truck even road worthy as there were no brake tracks at all!
