50 year old male average height and build, mediterranean skin tone, well-dressed. 
Offence Description:
Extremely aggressive after i pointed out that he was obstructing a road entrance by stopping on a yellow cross. followed me for over half an hour, tried to cut in front of me several times by driving over circles, etc.. after losing him he waited at the place where the initial confrontation had occurred. when i returned to that area about 10 minutes later he started coming towards me on foot and picked up a rock. i reversed away and he later left. witnessed by security guard who said he accused me of giving him rude signs, which was apparently what he understood by my pointing at the road.
