Offence Description: |
A person driving a vehicle boldly marked with the hydac logo on the
side at around 15:30 on 16/08/2016. the number plate of this
vehicle was dr 17 st gp.
firstly, coming off the the n3 to join the n12 toward alberton, this
driver rushed to get infront of me and seemingly unknowingly cut
infront of my vehicle. i flashed my lights at him but ignored this! we
were both travelling in the westerly direction where i later innocently
changed lanes. all of a sudden, the vehicle infront of me braked
really hard - at this point i had no choice but to brake equally hard.
it was at this point that i realised the same thing had to be done by
the vehicle behind me, i then put my hazards on to signal an
apology to the driver behind me, and even raised my hand to
gesture an apology.
the driver then proceeded to accelerate to get next to me and
began gesturing rudely at me. i responded trying to let him know
that i had apologised and there was nothing more i could have
done. he clearly was very angry and began gesturing for me to pull
off to the side of the road so that he could "beat me up" (with hand
gestures). so in return i gestured at him that i didn't care what he
had to say and went on driving - ignoring him from here on out. |
