Offence Description:
Forcing his way in front of me into the lane i was in even though there was no space for him to enter. almost scratched and dented my car on the front right side where my indicator is and near the driver's door. i was forced to enter the lane next to me to avoid him damaging my car. what is worse is that he refused to acknowledge me when i tried to get his attention because he was about to cause a collision. he had an african female passenger with him who was just as rude in not acknowledging me. and this all happened in peak hour traffic between 06h40 and 06h50 am on the graystone drive off-ramp
