Offence Description:
This driver overtook me this morning on the r617 near underberg with oncoming traffic! both myself and the oncoming driver had to pull to the side to avoid head-on collision. she clearly did not learn her lesson, and not 1km further overtook another vehicle on a double line which was a blind corner. this driver was travelling in excess of 120km/h. i followed her into underberg and got a photo of her vehicle. i also have photo of overtaking on the double line. our little town lost 11 people in 3 accidents within 8 days! this is enough now...
