Well dressed black guy, lying so far back in his seat that it looks like he's sitting in the back seat !!! 
Offence Description:
Not the first time i've come across this dipstick. has an amg so believes it is vital to scream up behind cars, slam on brakes and then zip left or right to get past. and then the twit gets stopped by traffic lights and everyone catches up anyway. this morning he tried to crowd me out of my lane onto the pavement. such a big brave man !! every other vehicle that he passed had to take evasive action to avoid this prick. this is a dangerous person who obviously has a tremendouse need to prove his masculinity but doesn't know how to handle a powerful car !!!
