Taxi stopped on top of the circle to drop off a passenger directly into the roadway of a busy traffic circle. i guess the passengers have to take their lives into their own hands as they can't see oncoming traffic nor can oncoming traffic see them. worst part is there's a perfectly safe drop-off point less than a block away.
