Could not see as all the side and rear windows have illegal tinting on. 
Offence Description:
We where a string of vehicles, 4 vehicle directly behind each other, and this taxi was zig-zagging behind me and flashing his headlights and he almost hit my minibus, opel vivaro enjoy private use, rear end trting to push me to drive faster than the 125km/h that i was already driving. we where driving away from vredenburg towards the r27 crossing. when neither me nor the 4 other vehicles ahead of me gave way, he decided to ignore the traffic coming from the front and overtook all 5 of us, forcing oncoming traffic off the road into their yellow lane.
