Looked like an idiot. 
Offence Description:
On my way to paarl i observed the bakkie drive out of weltevrede rd without stopping ,jumping over two lanes of traffic just to turn in the same road as i was in,right infront of a silver toyota etios.the etios driver had to brake hard to avoid an accident with this a**hole and he used his brights and the bakkie driver panicked and quickly turned out of the etios' way to drive in the left hand lane infront of me while im driving a huge truck.i also had to use my brights to get the idiot out of my because i hard to brake hard to not drive in the back of the bakkie.the idiot then sped off like a coward
