Young man with a slight beard. tall and skinny . brown hair . 
Offence Description:
I was driving along atterbury road when this man suddenly swerved in front of me and brakes very hard. i had to brake very hard myself otherwise i would hit him from the back. he continued braking in front of me forcing me to brake. when i tried to overtake him he started swerving in front of me and braking as well which made it impossible for me to get away from him. then when the robot turned red he got out of his car and started swearing at me and showing me the middle finger . he used extreme profanity. then he got in his car and continues swerving and braking until other motorists started hooting at him and then he sped off. i feared for my safety .
