Offence Description:
I was travelling on the m41 from gateway to phoenix. it was just after 4.00pm so the traffic was free flowing and not busy. a white bmw with personalised number plate visha r was driving extremely close to me trying to force me off the lane. i moved to the next lane to allow him to pass and when i did so, the drive in a police uniform and his wife swore at me and made rude and threatening gestures. i did not retaliate but continued to observe them. they continued to do that to all the cars on that lane all along the road in the direction to palmview, phoenix. does the uniform give him and his wife the right to bully other users on the road? even though the car was fancy the behaviour of the driver and his wife screamed ghetto trash!
