White male / female - curly hair, thick dark glasses/specs. was hard to see. 
Offence Description:
Incident was in a residential area. i have a photo of the vehicle,. the driver was so aggressive trying to run /cut me off the road in my vehicle. he was probably doing 100km in a 60km area. how it happened:- i was turning right from wexford avenue in parkview into westcliff drive, i waited for one vehicle to pass. the following vehicle was still far away and i turned right into wexford. however such vehicle (the audi) speeded up - probably at 100km/hour and nearly bumped into the back of my car (he wanted to proof a point and annoyance) and swirled around me at such a speed i nearly bumped into him. had to slam on brakes. next he almost stopped dead in the street and kept showing me signs. awful experience of an irresponsible driver with extreme road rage. i did absolutely nothing wrong. this man needs to be reprimanded.
