Black plump female, wearing a blue shirt and white dress. 
Offence Description:
She was driving at 20kmph on a 60kmph road. i tried to overtake her three times and three times she stopped me but turning into the right hand lane and stopping me, almost causing an accident. at a stop sign she came to my car and i rolled down my window and she punched me in the face. the police refused to take my statement or for me to open a case of physical assault. karma is following this lady and someday she is going to mess with the wrong person who will teach her a lesson.
